The Story

Touchlogic is a Canadian company located in Toronto, and has been in business since 1994. We are currently operating out of two data centers in the GTA, with hopes to expand in the future. Touchlogic specializes in PCI complaint, customer IVR application development, along with voice and SMS, email solutions that are multilingual capable. As a company, we are dedicated to keeping up to date with the latest trends in technology so we can bring new and advanced services to our consumers. Touchlogic is known for its expertise and as a result, we have maintained long standing relationships with clients from some of the largest utilities and institutions in Canada. We believe that great customer service through technology automation helps better the customers experience.
